Complaints Procedure

Tiddlywinks is committed to providing the best possible care for your child and endeavours to meet both your and your child’s needs and well being whilst in our care. However, if for any reason you feel that we have failed to do this and you have a reason for complaint, the following procedure should be followed:

  1. If the complaint is between the parent/carer and a member of staff, every effort should be made to resolve the matter between both parties. If this is not possible, the complaint should be brought to the attention of the Coordinators
  2. If the complaint cannot be resolved by the Coordinators, it will be forwarded to the Management Committee for action
  3. If the matter remains unresolved after the involvement of the Management Committee, the Chairperson of Tiddlywinks will recommend a final way forward.
