Behaviour Management
Tiddlywinks recognises the need to set reasonable and appropriate limits to help manage the behaviour of children in our care.
Physical punishment or any other form of punishment with the intention of causing pain or discomfort, or any kind of humiliating or hurtful treatment will not be acceptable or tolerated in Tiddlywinks!
Hitting and hurting are unacceptable and will always be discouraged by Tiddlywinks. Bullying, in any form, is not tolerated. Tiddlywinks endorses positive discipline as an effective way of setting limits for children. Children are encouraged to contribute and participate in the development and implementation of its Behaviour Policy.
