Security
Tiddlywinks operates a security entry system at each of its facilities. Upon registration, parents/ carers are required to stipulate the name and relationship of the person who will collect their child from the Centre or Tiddlywinks2. A description or password is required should your child be collected by anyone other than those listed on the registration document. Without this information, no child is allowed to leave our care.
On collecting your child from Tiddlywinks, please press the buzzer located on the front door (each room will have its own bell) Once our staff members have verified the identity of the caller, they will bring the children to either the front door or the side gate. The gate entry is kept closed at all times.
Children will only be allowed to leave Tiddlywinks without parental permission in the event of fire drills, actual fire and any other life threatening emergency.
